Really interesting product. As a fellow founder building EstateAI by Pixel Perfects Solutions, an AI-powered property marketing workspace for real estate professionals, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about a similar challenge: how do we use generative AI without losing the reality of the original property?
One thing I particularly like here is the Keep Layout approach. Architecture preservation is extremely important in property-related AI, and giving users control over how much of the original space can change is a smart direction.
Point Edit is another feature that caught my attention. Being able to change one specific element instead of regenerating the entire image gives users much more control and can help maintain consistency.
Next, I’d like to see stronger before/after verification, an easy way to access the source image, more granular preservation controls for permanent architectural elements, and version history so users can compare multiple design directions without losing previous results.
From our experience building EstateAI, I’ve found that the challenge isn’t only generating a beautiful image; it’s giving users enough control, consistency, and transparency to trust that image in a real property workflow.
